[IPA Employee] Dear [IPA Employee], It has been a very educational and informative few weeks working with IPA – Senior Business Consultant [IPA Consultant] in particular. My first goal working with IPA was to position my company for intelligent growth. It is important to move away from the sole proprietor, "mom and pop" type, company we are to an actual Corporation through structure, organization and planning. I feel that we have made tremendous progress toward that goal and there will be the structure, controls, and checks and balances in place to create a smoothly running company that has focus, direction and specific goals. A second goal for me with IPA was to increase the profitability of [Client Business Name]. Working with [IPA Consultant] and IPA has changed the way I look at my company's success and shown me the potential of my business. By formulating, analyzing and organizing our cash flow, income statement, break even points and purchasing, IPA has show me a road map for increased profitability. IPA has also given me the proper tools needed to monitor our progress toward our specific profitability goals. My third and final goal with IPA was to regain a sense of control. I had begun to feel that I was serving my company instead of leading it. The tools that IPA has implemented have gone a long way toward making me feel that I am steering Seago instead of hanging on for the ride. In summary, [IPA Consultant] and IPA have helped me focus my company, and myself, for continued growth, but with more profitability and less wasted time and effort. I look forward to continuing to work with IPA as [Client Business Name] evolves.
