09/26/2006 IPA: I have to say, that at first I was a little reluctant to believe that this business could take a 180 in 6 weeks but it happened right before my eyes. Not only that, but I sat in the drivers seat while doing this 180 with the guidance and consulting of [IPA Consultant]. I could not have asked for and do not believe there is a better individual consultant match to our business than [IPA Consultant]. The experience, familiarity, and enthusiasm he has for dealerships and consulting are impeccable. This has been a worth while adventure that will not end. I will be using the tools and education that [IPA Consultant] brought to this store for the next 2 -3 years. I say 2 -3 because I will be calling him back when we reach between 12.5 and 14 million in yearly sales for additional tools and education. All of my managers are bought in to these new strategies and all are willing to continue growing and learning along with this business as well as with myself.
